Submission Process
Prepare Your Manuscript
Format your manuscript according to our author guidelines. Ensure all sections are complete, including abstract, keywords, main text, references, and any supplementary materials.
Create an Account
Register or log in to the World Scientific submission portal. Complete your author profile with accurate contact information and ORCID identifier.
Upload Your Files
Submit your manuscript file (Word or LaTeX), figures, tables, and any supplementary data through the online system. All figures should be high resolution (300 dpi minimum).
Complete Submission
Provide cover letter, suggest reviewers, declare conflicts of interest, and confirm compliance with ethical guidelines. You will receive confirmation within 48 hours.
Peer Review
Your manuscript will undergo rigorous peer review. Expect initial feedback within 4-6 weeks. You can track the status of your submission through the online portal.
Before You Submit
- Manuscript formatted according to APJLM guidelines (Word or LaTeX template)
- Title page with all author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details
- Structured abstract (250 words max) with Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions
- 3-6 keywords relevant to your research topic
- References formatted in Vancouver style (numbered citations)
- High-resolution figures (300 dpi) in TIFF, EPS, or PDF format
- Ethics statement with IRB/ethics committee approval details (if applicable)
- Conflict of interest and funding declarations
- Cover letter explaining the significance of your work
- List of 3-5 suggested reviewers with contact information
Open Access Publication
APJLM is an open access journal. All accepted articles are freely available to readers worldwide. Article Processing Charges (APCs) apply upon acceptance. Fee waivers are available for authors from low-income countries.
