About the Journal
The Asia-Pacific Journal of Lifestyle Medicine (APJLM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by World Scientific. It provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, and public health professionals to share evidence on lifestyle medicine approaches to chronic disease prevention and management.
The Asia-Pacific region faces a rapidly growing burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). With unique dietary traditions, diverse healthcare systems, and rapidly changing lifestyles, the region requires locally relevant research to inform policy and practice. APJLM bridges this gap by publishing high-quality studies specific to Asia-Pacific populations.
The journal welcomes original research, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, clinical trials, commentaries, and policy analyses. All submissions undergo rigorous peer review. We particularly encourage submissions that address health disparities, digital health innovations, and the integration of traditional practices with evidence-based lifestyle medicine.
